We all have stress and/or anxiety to some varying degree. It’s almost 2020 and with the constant pressure to keep up with jobs, families, and friends all while looking like we have it put together on social media, it’s bound to catch up with us sometime. Stress and anxiety aren’t inherently bad. It’s the way we react to it, the stories we tell ourselves about what’s happening, and the constant level of stress and anxiety we’re dealing with that’s not healthy. In this class, Lindsay Kolpitcke, stress + anxiety coach, will share her knowledge of the effects of stress and anxiety on our bodies, ways to both decrease and change your relationship to stress and anxiety, and herbal allies and how these plants can be utilized for more balanced, healthy lives.
