What is Lemon Balm?
Lemon balm is a herb from the mint family. The leaves, which have a mild lemon aroma, are often used medicinally and to flavor foods. Another name often used for lemon balm is "Melissa".

Lemon balm is a delightful garden nervine that can support calming the nerves without being too sedative. Lemon balm has also been known to show support for improving mood, anxiety and digestive discomfort from nervousness. Because lemon balm is slightly bitter, it has also been found to be helpful in supporting digestion. Lemon balm for wound healing, due to the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds that are found in lemon balm, it has been shown to calm irritation and speed up the healing of minor wounds and insect bites.

News On The Fundrazr!
As you may have seen (haha!), we are in the midst of a big fundraising campaign to raise funds for our move to our new location at 17th and Bannock in Boise! We are so full of gratitude to the 100+ businesses and individuals who have supported our campaign so far! And we have been so warmed and encouraged by the friends who have participated in our videos and shared why they care about the future of Vervain! It's the summer of gratitude over here!

As of this morning, we are about 60% of the way to our goal - whoo hoo! We have decided to extend the close of the campaign until we move into the new space! We feel like we are gaining a lot of momentum and have quite a few irons in the fire that will reach more people. We don't want to slow down now.
